Bruce Molloy

CEO

Bruce Molloy’s visionary leadership has helped bring multiple companies to success. He has served in various capacities including founder, CEO, and board member.

As CEO of Connotate Technologies, Mr. Molloy has transformed the company from a promising technology to a high-growth market leader. Having secured strategic investment from Goldman Sachs, Connotate is charting growth at more than 300% a year, and boasting market leading customers in finance, publishing and government

Mr. Molloy is a recognized authority in technology. He has been featured in numerous publications including the Wall Street Journal and Barron’s. He has been instrumental in the creation of award winning products (Agent Community GEN2 and TOP of MIND) and holds a patent for “Cognitive Processing” technology.

One of his companies, The Molloy Group specialized in CRM and Knowledge Management solutions. Molloy Group merged with ServiceWare Technologies and later completed a successful IPO. Mr. Molloy holds a B.A. in Physics and Music from Columbia University.

Vincent Sgro

CTO and Co-Founder

Vincent Sgro guides the development of Connotate's core technology, particularly the patented XML-by-example™ and PDCM™ technologies, which combines compiler and machine learning techniques, developed over years of research at Rutgers University. Prior to Connotate Technologies, Mr. Sgro served as Research Programmer for the Computer Science Department at Rutgers University. Mr. Sgro also served as the Internet evangelist at Rutgers University, developing key Intranet and Internet sites to wire the University students, professors, researchers and alumni. Mr. Sgro is a published researcher with a focus in compiler optimization technologies. He holds an MS and BS in Computer Science (Cum Laude) from Rutgers University.

Dan Haughton

Vice President of Strategic Relationships

Mr. Haughton has over 20 years of marketing, sales and strategic planning experience with both Fortune 500 companies and high-tech start-ups. He has a broad experience in a number of strategic sales initiatives, including lead generation, networking and web-based selling.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Haughton spent thirteen years in senior management positions at two large investment banks. . At Kidder Peabody, he was SVP- Director of Business Development and the firm's SVP for Marketing. He was First Vice President and Senior Director of Marketing Services in the Private Client Division of Merrill Lynch.

More recently, Mr. Haughton helped launch an Internet rapid application development software company. At NeuVis, Inc., he was Vice President for the firm's largest vertical market, responsible for marketing and sales to the financial industry vertical.

He received a BA degree from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Matt Jacobson

Vice President of Client Services

Matt leads the conception, filtering and execution of Connotate's services efforts for all clients and prospects.

With over twenty years of high tech industry experience, and executive roles in two, Fast 500 companies, Matt has a wealth of knowledge regarding the technology and business life cycles. His experience includes leading software product businesses, consulting businesses, R&D organizations, customer support and instituting project management best practices. Prior to starting his career at AT&T Bell Laboratories, Matt received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with Honors from the Pennsylvania State University and a Masters of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University.

James J. Klimek

Sr. Vice President, Sales and Services

Jim Klimek has over 20 years of wide-ranging experience in software sales, services, and executive management encompassing both major corporations and high-tech start-ups. He is responsible for Connotate's World-Wide Sales and Services operation.

Prior to joining Connotate, Mr. Klimek was Director of Sales for Compuware Corporation, one of the world's largest software and service providers, where he led the organization in acquiring strategic client accounts. Mr. Klimek was also the Director of Sales at SeeBeyond Technology Corporation, and was an integral part of the management team that successfully completed this company's IPO.

Mr. Klimek has also held management positions at Candle Corporation, one of the largest privately held independent software vendors, that was ultimately sold to IBM. He has proven expertise in developing effective sales organizations and leading highly productive, results-oriented sales teams. Jim is a graduate of Seton Hall University.

Joe Kubeyka

Vice President of Business and Channel Development

Joe Kubeyka has over 14 years of management experience in the High Technology and Financial Services industries.  This includes trading, sales, business development, and corporate strategy for Fortune 50 companies JP Morgan and American International Group; international banking software leader Misys PLC, and Fast 500 technology solutions provider Miles Technologies, Inc.

Prior to joining Connotate, as EVP of Strategy and Business Development at Miles Technologies Inc., Mr. Kubeyka spearheaded several growth initiatives that led to the company attaining Deloitte and Touche Fast 500 recognition as one of the fastest growing technology companies in North America for 2006 and 2007.  Mr. Kubeyka also led successful geographic growth campaigns for Misys PLC in the UK, Europe, and Asia.  Joe is a graduate of the University of Delaware's Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics.

Lokesh Seth

Vice President of Product Development

Lokesh Seth oversees the product management and engineering groups at Connotate. He is responsible for formulating and delivering on our product strategy.

Prior to joining Connotate, he was the CTO of ServiceWare, responsible for developing and driving the firm's technology vision. He led the product and development teams and guided the company through a successful IPO. He also oversaw the identification of strategic M&A opportunities and completed a successful merger with Kanisa.

Mr. Seth was previously with Covansys where he led various project teams in advising Fortune 500 clients on their strategic technology plans and the building and implementation of IT solutions. Prior to that, he was the owner of a consulting firm that built custom applications for educational institutions.

He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in computer science engineering from India and a MBA from Miami University.

Yatish Srivastav

Vice President of Strategic Markets Development and Managing Director of Financial Services

Yatish Srivastav has built a proven global track record over the past 25 years.

A senior business executive, Mr. Srivastav serves as Vice President, Strategic Markets Development and Managing Director, Financial Services for Connotate.  Yatish is focused on developing focused solutions for Financial Services and expansion markets.

Yatish’s background includes more than 10 years in the services sector, where he spent over 8 years at Sapient Corporation, a leading business and technology consultant.  Yatish also served at RMS, a Citigroup owned global Business Process Outsourcer. At Sapient, among other roles in U.S. and Europe, Yatish was head of the Financial Services business unit, after starting his career as a Client Executive focused in the Capital Markets industry working with major clients including Goldman Sachs and Co. At Sapient, Yatish was responsible for selling and managing revenues across the U.S. and Europe.

Yatish’s earlier experience includes 7 years at Fuji Capital Markets (now known as Mizuho Capital Markets), New York, where he helped Fuji grow and expand their Fixed Income Derivatives and Foreign Exchange trading businesses over 25 currencies across 3 offices (New York, London and Hong Kong). Yatish also spent 4 years at AT&T, New Jersey, in roles that included sales support, program management, and technical delivery of large, complex projects for major financial institutions. Prior to AT&T, Yatish worked for two of India’s largest computer companies in a sales role.

Yatish’s education includes a M.S. in Computer Science and B.Sc. in Physics.
