Bruce Molloy

Chairman

Bruce Molloy’s visionary leadership has helped bring multiple companies to success. He has served in various capacities including founder, CEO, and board member.

As CEO of Connotate Technologies, Mr. Molloy has transformed the company from a promising technology to a high-growth market leader. Having secured strategic investment from Goldman Sachs, Connotate is charting growth at more than 300% a year, and boasting market leading customers in finance, publishing and government

Mr. Molloy is a recognized authority in technology. He has been featured in numerous publications including the Wall Street Journal and Barron’s. He has been instrumental in the creation of award winning products (Agent Community GEN2 and TOP of MIND) and holds a patent for “Cognitive Processing” technology.

One of his companies, The Molloy Group specialized in CRM and Knowledge Management solutions. Molloy Group merged with ServiceWare Technologies and later completed a successful IPO. Mr. Molloy holds a B.A. in Physics and Music from Columbia University.



Mark F. Loehr

Director

Mark Loehr brings considerable financial knowledge to Connotate’s Board of Directors. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Loehr served as Chief Executive Officer of Soundview Technology Group (SNDV). In 2004, when Soundview was acquired by the Charles Schwab Corporation, Mr. Loehr became an Executive Vice President at Charles Schwab. Prior to Soundview, he was Director in Investment Banking of the company’s predecessor, Wit Capital.

Mr. Loehr has worked exclusively in the financial field since he graduated from college. He was with Smith Barney from 1978 to 1983, and from 1994 to 1999 where he served as President of Smith Barney Pacific, Head of Global Equity Sales, and Head of Equity Capital Markets.

Mr. Loeher also spent eleven years with CS First Boston, from 1983 to 1994, serving as Co-Head U.S. Equity Capital Markets and Head of US Listed Equity Trading.

Mr. Loehr currently serves as Chairman of the Mead School Foundation and the Town of Sutton Budget Committee. In addition to the Board of Connotate Technologies, he serves on the Board of Proctor Academy and the Cornell University Library Advisory Committee.

Mr. Loehr is a graduate of CornellUniversity (BA '78).



Don Zinn

Director

A CEO and entrepreneur with nearly 30 years of sales, management and hiring experience, Don Zinn is focused on helping organizations grow through people-focused management.

A frequent speaker and panelist, author of many articles about turnover, employee selection, employee satisfaction, and entrepreneurship, Mr. Zinn serves at Starpoint Solutions as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of the Starpoint Executive Search retained search division.

Prior to Starpoint, as a VP and founder of the Bishop Partners Technology Search practice, Mr. Zinn was instrumental in developing retained search relationships and completing high level search assignments with clients that included Time Inc., Coca Cola, Sears, IBM, and Rand McNally.

Mr. Zinn served as President & CEO of Execuserve Corp., makers of Hire-Intelligence™, a talent management software tool that helps companies succeed through effective employee selection and retention. As President and COO of Cognet Corp, he raised over $16 million in venture capital funding and was honored with an Ernest & Young “Entrepreneur of the Year” nomination. During his tenure as President of Management Dynamics, Mr. Zinn helped grow the organization into an Inc. 500® technology services company.

Mr. Zinn’s other roles have included founder of GeoMODEL USA, a software company that he sold to RL POLK, and President of AlphaNet Learning Solutions, the corporate training division of AlphaNet Corp., a publicly traded IT services company. Mr. Zinn worked closely with AlphaNet’s CEO on a corporate turnaround strategy, leading to the sale of AlphaNet to industry leader, CIBER (NYSE: CBR), at a 4x multiple of the stock price.

Mr. Zinn holds a BS in Industrial & Labor Relations from CornellUniversity and an MBA from New YorkUniversity.



Michael Sanders

Director

Michael is head of Hudson Street Services and Vantage Marketplace. Hudson Street Services is Goldman Sachs' independent research platform, and Vantage Marketplace is the consulting services branch.

Michael joined Goldman Sachs in New York in 1985. He moved to Houston in 1989 to cover institutional accounts in the Southwest. In 1992, he began working in Chicago, where he eventually became the co-head of the Chicago Institutional Department. In 1999, he transferred to Boston to head the Institutional Equities sales effort. From 2003 to 2005, he was co-head of the Institutional Sales Force in the Equities Division. He became a managing director in 1997 and a partner in 2000.

Prior to joining the firm, Michael worked with Morgan Stanley in New York and Andersen Consulting.

Michael has served in various advisory roles at the University of Texas at Austin. He is currently a member of the Advisory Council of the McCombs School of Business. He is also a board member of Wall Street On Demand and an Advisory Board member of Asset4.

Michael earned a BA from the University of Texas in 1981. He and his wife, Natalie, have four children and reside in Weston, Massachusetts.
